Your subscription plan determines what you can do on the platform — how many workspaces you can create, how many chatbots each workspace can have, how large your team can be, and more.
Billing is managed from your Profile page: click your avatar at the bottom of the sidebar → Profile.
Your Current Plan
The Profile page shows:
- Your current plan name (e.g., Free, Starter, Pro, Business)
- Your plan status (Active, Cancelled, Expired)
- The renewal date (for paid plans)
- A summary of your current usage vs. plan limits
Plan Limits
Each plan enforces limits on the following resources:
| Resource | What it limits |
|---|---|
| Workspaces | Maximum number of workspaces you can create |
| Chatbots per workspace | Maximum chatbots per workspace |
| Flows per chatbot | Maximum conversation flows + meta flows per chatbot |
| Knowledge bases per workspace | Maximum KBs you can create in a workspace |
| Team members per workspace | Maximum members per workspace (not counting the owner) |
When you reach a limit, the relevant Create button will show an upgrade prompt instead of opening the creation form.
Tip: Hover over or click the upgrade prompt to see which plan removes the limit you have hit.
Browsing Available Plans
- Go to your Profile page.
- Scroll to the Plans section.
- All available plans are displayed with:
- Plan name and monthly/annual price
- A feature comparison table showing the limits for each plan
- A Select Plan or Upgrade / Downgrade button
Compare plans side by side to find the one that fits your needs.
Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to your Profile page → Plans section.
- Find the plan you want to upgrade to.
- Click Upgrade.
- You are taken to the payment checkout page.
- Enter your payment details and confirm.
- Your new plan activates immediately after successful payment.
Your new limits take effect right away — any resources you were blocked from creating are now accessible.
Downgrading Your Plan
Important: Downgrading may reduce your limits. If you currently have more resources than the lower plan allows (e.g., more chatbots than the lower plan's limit), those resources are not automatically deleted — but you may not be able to create new ones until you are within the new limits.
- Go to your Profile page → Plans section.
- Find the plan you want to downgrade to.
- Click Downgrade.
- A Downgrade Preview dialog appears listing what you will lose (features and limits that change).
- Review the preview carefully. If you are happy, click Confirm Downgrade.
The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period (for paid-to-paid downgrades) or immediately (for paid-to-free).
Cancelling Your Subscription
- Go to your Profile page.
- In the billing section, click Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation.
After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, you revert to the Free plan and its associated limits.
Billing History & Invoices
Your payment history and downloadable invoices are available in the Billing section of your Profile page.
- View past payments with amounts and dates
- Download PDF invoices for your records
Contact Sales
Some plans marked with Contact Sales are enterprise plans with custom limits and pricing. To enquire:

- A sales representative will reach out to discuss your requirements.
